Nutritional noise: why what you read about food is probably wrong
Nearly half of nutrition content on Instagram contains inaccuracies. The problem isn't a lack of information, it's the absence of a way to evaluate it. This piece breaks down why nutrition advice contradicts itself so often, and introduces the three questions I use to separate real evidence from compressed, commercialised noise. Including two real examples: fibremaxxing, and what carnivore content leaves out.
