I teach people how to think about health. Not just what to do.
Through The Filter, workshops, writing, and speaking, I help you build the critical literacy to make confident, long-term health decisions with medical rigor, respect for real life, and a strong focus on prevention.
The Filter — the book
In an era of unlimited health information, the most valuable skill is not knowing more, it's filtering better.
And unlike a medical degree, that skill is teachable.
I am writing a book that gives you that skill. If you want to follow along or be among the first to know when it launches. Get early access below.

My approach
Clarity without complexity
We live in a time of unprecedented access to health information — and unprecedented confusion. My work exists to bridge that gap.
My approach is built on three principles:
Unlock the science
Medical research is valuable, but often inaccessible. I unlock peer-reviewed science by reading it critically, contextualizing it, and filtering out hype, trends, and commercial distortion.
Understand your body
I focus on mechanisms, not dogma. Understanding how the body works — rather than following rigid rules — is what creates long-term, sustainable health.
Own your health
My goal is not compliance, but autonomy. I help you develop the literacy and confidence to engage with health information thoughtfully, ask better questions, and make decisions that fit your real life.
Human Recipe empowers people who want to take control of their health — without falling for hype or hearsay. We translate cutting-edge medical research into real, understandable advice that fits real lives.
From insight to integration to impact
I don’t believe in theoretical explanations that never leave the page.
Everything I share follows the same logic:
Insight
Integration
Impact
→ What does the science actually show?
→ How does this translate into daily life, within real constraints?
→ How does this meaningfully influence long-term health and prevention?
